How can I make it so that units don't enter structures and need to go around them?
What does that mean exactly? I think I understand the question but I'm not sure.

A building's collision comes from the Pathing Map that it uses:

Pretty much every building in the game is going to have a Pathing Map that blocks movement for ground units.

It's Collision Size stat is used as well, which controls how it interacts with attackers and abilities when it comes to attack range, cast range, and area of effect.

sorry for my bad english,

My problem is that the buildings are transferred, as you see in the building with the purple roof, I want it to be like the one with the green roof

Ah, those are Doodads.

Doodads need to have their Pathing set as well. In this case it's called Pathing Texture but it's the Pathing Map:

Destructibles use the same thing.

Unfortunately many of the Reforged doodads don't have any collision or pathing area. In the doodad section you can find these things called pathing blockers, which can come in handy with very little effort. Meaning you can place these pathing blockers around the buildings you want to block the pathing from.

Changing the doodad pathing in the Object editor doesn't always do the trick, since we don't have any objects that are relatable to the ones we want to use in the pathing for when it comes to shape and size.
