The worst THW chat problem ever yet D=

i could not enter the THW chat. i didnt use any proxies, firewall was turned off, antivirus is turned off. im currently using windows 7.
poot's client dont work too, all i get is 2 lines of words with nothing else.

Do you have NoScript active? Its an addon for FireFox and removes the script that refresh the message content.

Oh, NoScript blocks the script, not allows it.

nothing. i even tried disabling firewall, uninstalling all my antivirus... still it wont work.

never. i only managed to catch some glimpse of message sent to other ppl and once i saw the looby and whos online. but they reload before icould do anything.

no, his was proxy, mine was without proxy.

Even easier, just open any folder, press on the ?, go to info and tell me that Build: line.

You have to display the normal menu bar, to do such, press rightclick on the bar and enable menu. Or by Folder Options you can enable it globally.

Really, if you have no idea about win7, why do you use it?

I can't see any reason why a fresh installed windows shouldn't refresh pages.
Maybe has a virus or so?!

cannot be, a virus doesnt stop u from going into chatrooms.

It can be, a virus can infect your pc and disable JS and more.
One disabled my whole internet.

well, it doesnt seem like a virus to me. bc i didnt do anything else except going to THW after i uninstalled my antivirus.

I would use Firefox, Chrome or Safari and tell me if the error consoles say anything.

i used firefox and chrome, they didnt help. at least ie wont auto refresh. chrome and firefox will refresh automatically.

That's not really helpful. I am willing to take a look on the computer if you install Teamviewer though.

Just make a virus check to make sure it isn't a virus.

Why don't he just check for a virus? If he has, he knows that he needs to remove it. (Or even better, reinstall windows).

If not, we can try further actions. I really hate guys screaming for help and not doing anything.

zzz, i dont have an antivirus after uninstalling it and i seriously think that virus wont be a problem. its ip problems.

Just install an antivirus program and make a check, damnit.

edit: no viruses found except 2 trojans (which is the jass pack bug). therefore, its not viruses.
