Also by your description of plague those aren't blood elves they are wretched.

Not really they've gotten much more since they were ressurected.Those 7000 elves you were talking about were just some survivors,plus the number of the Elves in the empire (from the ressurected elves) is rising because of the low mana poition laws i have.

Still you describe Blood elves as Wretched (aka Crackelf).

High Elves are not addicts so no need to over feed them with magic.

Blood elves use Fel energies instead of Arcane but they keep addiction at acceptable levels.

Wretched failed to stop addiction and have started to devolve. They look like zombies.

Since what happened to my dead brother those blood elves and wretched are concidered outlaws.If they dont whant to turn high and stop using fel magic,they are killed.If they are whant to turn high,they spend some years in jail first (for turning blood) and then they are set free but are still watched by the law.
I tought those Wretched elves were undead who couldnt get ressurected properly or some cultist's work,so i send them to the inqusition.Now I guess I'll have the same laws as bloodelves for them but longer jail time.And They'll spend the rest of their lives in special camps.

Well Actually its just that I forgot to teamcolour them to other color that red, but nevermind. And there are no blood elves in Draenosh because all of them automatically turn into cured elves because Azeroth is a powerful source of magic and can cure magic adiction.

Also you should have used the RoC version because those ones are high elves,TFT are blood elves.And I dont really understand how azeroth can give magic olnly on Draenorsh not azeroth its self,still there are bloodelven spies everywere!You must be on a look out!
