We should make map about this war similar to Azeroth wars. Like you can chose forces of Empire, Tleno tech, Alagremms, Sea legion, Hippi (Or what ever thtey call them selves) and rest...

But there would be also neutral hostile factions like scourge and legion (and maybe Na'vi but to be neutral until attacked). Main war would be split in Eastern kingdoms and Dreanor and there woudl be split in regions that would generate resources.

Indeed. We are weak on our own, but together noone can defeat us!
Plus soon I will get my own world... who knew it would end up like this when I was walking in the forgotten region of the Capital City searching for Tleno...

Heroes? We all have at least one or two. For units well only Alagremm makes problem with his union. Empire would be similar to human race but all units would be humans. Tleno is making his race and I have mine. Every member could try to make his own race.

Quests could be about claiming certain region like for Al could be Dreanor...

Well that's main problem...I don't have enough time to work on it and we need to make it with normal editor because then we all could use it. For now I guess we should decide factions at least and towns.

I was thinking that Empire should have biggest territory at start and Allagrem to have first access to Dreanor (portal would be on flying citadel. For Tleno maybe bonus gold or something and Sea legion would have most control on the sees but least on land (all factions would have naval units or air).

I should have only the flying fortress in the beginning that can cary units, use Foci ability which inflicts great dmage to anything below and be able to create buildings, since Tleno will be on an island.

Also I think that to get access to Draenor, I need to do some quest in which i will dicover that the magic word is the bird! Then I will be able to build a portal to Draenor through which I can bring anyone to Draenor to live with me. However thre shoudl be some minus with owning the portal, like it easily being used by others.

Oh Well I thought to make your citadel a capital base but not moving one so you could have structures on it. For portal there would be more then just yours but you would be able to have your own (unless someone takes your base). Also portal will be usable by others.

Well the capital unit could be a flying waygate! it would teleport people to a "dungeon" where my city with buildings is. If the unit is destroyed my city automaticly is destroyed as well.
My city would only be able to be accessed by me and my allies.

To Al:
I think that would be great advantage since you could go anywhere like that and nobody could stop you. Also if your base is destroyed then nobody could claim it for the resource purposes. Maybe if it had lot of health and slow speed or something that would stop player to fly in the middle of someones capital and take it.

oh i think i have got a way round the whole nerubians hate the undead ones and never leave northrend thing! they could have been forced there! and there was some person who some how befriended the Living Nerubians, then he convinces them to live wiv the undead ones as whiping the nerubian aspect out from the scourge would weaken them!

As Nerubians say "whats done is done". There is no reason why they can't be with living one. But It would be hard to put them as faction cuz northrend is so far. Maybe a camp on edge of plagued lands?

Trolman not assassin models I meant unit that assassinates (I remember what you said yesterday). For bonuses you'll have most regions which means more gold, ability to created militia very fast (hey you always are using them in pics). Your hero would be based of Garithos, units would be armored and numerous. Good anty-air defense (maybe net towers or something) but definetly units with nets...

Well if the living ones were forced away from northrend for some reason, they made the old tunnel system (read pg 61) then when the undead ones go to attack New Capital the living ones break the LK hold on em and then they join the living ones in the tunnels
