well I know its forbidden but does the law actually do anything to stop it?Here in bulgaria the national pirate sites arent stoped at all,word on the street says each one produces about 300 000 lv a month to its owner,with so much cash they surely bribe or kill anyone that tries to stop them

Well laws aren't here as in rest of the world. Our internet isn't cheeked unlike other nations. In Switzerland when you preform illegal download you get the punishment .
