My vision of the ultimate hero is this.A hero with the skills
-Fuse-Fuses himself with a creep and gets all the stats that creep had and changes hero model to the one of the stolen creep.Cannot cast on creeps above lvl 5.Can cast on every own unit no matter the level.
-Take control-the hero takes control of an enemy unit below or equal to lvl 10(the synergy will be that fuse can steal only lvl 5 creeps,with Take control you can fuse with higher level creeps.
-Universal Ally-Gives a selected allied unit bonus health,mana and damage(the synergy is that fuse will be more stronger)
-Twin(Ultimate)-the hero summons a identical copy of himself(the copy and the hero will lose their ultimates)(The synergy is that the copy has all spels and may fuse with other creeps steal other creeps.etc)

In the end both heroes fuse with creeps and then they both casts Universal Ally on them and the finale is this they fuse to create a hybrid.Pretty unique to me and ultimate powers
Oh and the hybrid hero can fuse himself with other creeps as well.OMG

Infinite armor - Gives infinite armor instant
Infinite mana - Gives infinite mana
Infinite hitpoints (Ultimate) - Gives infinite hitpoints
