The Pandaren Empire, originates to the far east in the archipelago of Nen. Comprising of several provinces - it is easily the largest kingdom of those on Nen. The History of the Pandaren Empire is one of proud nobility and honor. These great Pandaren warriors were known to be fond of the drink, and yet they were also known to be the most courageous and kind-hearted of all the races. Choosing not to go to war, to take over and destroy, but to defend their families and protect them from possible harm.
Long before the rule of Ashan, and the coming of Nag'hullak unto D`or there arose from the depths of the sea a great number of sea beasts, corrupted by a chaos unknown to the dark gods Blakoth and Nag'hullak. These creatures were called "The Legion of the Deep" their corruption was deemed by the Pandaren to be not of known influences. The Pandaren had already dealt with the foul taint of Nag'hullak when they fought against the Vampires of Sark, and this felt like something entirely more evil. These foul beasts quickly decimated and destroyed much of the Pandaren Empire, and that of their allies the Minotaurs to the south.
So began what was to be known as "The War of Sorrow", the Pandaren and Minotaur alliance after many years were able to drive the creatures of the legion from their lands, but at a dire cost, their lands lay in ruin, and much of the land was unfit for agriculture now. So they deemed to each send a group of settlers to the distant continent of D`or, and build a Empire there to secure their survival, and send back food and new resources to the capitol. Also, they sough to learn of possible allies in those unknown lands of D`or.
