the map spell craft

Hi Im nobody around here... ok no1 cares about that but I have a few questions

1) the map spell craft where you combine eliments to make new spells where can I get the latest vertion of that?
2)I have about 80 which is almost every combination in the game in a spread sheet and would like to share my wasted knolage gained throgh LOTS of wasted time how shold I do that?
3) where shold I have posted this topic none of the forems seemed to fit for it
