[Solved] The evil green box

Ive been trying to get wooden base wall model on one of my maps. i found around 3 where they use only in-game textures but every time i import on, save, and then open the map, then put it to a doodad they show as green boxes. there no extra skins to the models and i have other models that are working in the map just fine. please help me!
 
The doodads you based them off probably have variations. Set the variations to 0 to the doodad is my guess
