I don't know what to do now, and I'm really tired, So I tried to draw a "grayscale" dryad, I don't know If I'm doing wrong in creating grayscale art

Looks more like a concept art, very rough brush strokes..
With which equipment did you draw this?

Photoshop, then I used flat brush only with 20% opacity
