This looks awesome, I really want to do a full review, but I have not time right now so + rep. Great work!

I just realized. You say "do not edit without my permission." Well, that makes little sense for a template. The point of a template is to let other people build games on it. I mean, sure demand credit you deserve that, but permission seems excessive for a template.

Looks like users are on a template spree... anyway. The terrain looks very magical and reminds me a lot of HOMM. Needless to say I like that very much. Very good job with using effects as decoration. A well deserved top score.
