We also have "Istones" made by "Tleno's local Apple parody". These are just like real rocks, only with more I!

Tleno, Istones are complete copies of normal Crystal Orbs, only with an apple dawn on them.

Tleno, everyone in Draenosh has these. Well almost everyone. And in Azeroth there is only one, the one which belongs to Trolman.
