The Captain's Helmet

So I need the helmet from "The Captain" model.
Please don't link me ikillforeyou's The Captain Helmet on hive because it doesn't have the wings on the side, I need the wings.
All I need is the helmet, actually you can even leave the face and eyes on there too because I am basically using the "helmet" to replace the whole head of a unit.
