[General] The Blizzard Ability

Hey,

Do some one knows how to change the casting ability for the ''Blizzard'' ability?
I wanna overwrite it with something else, so it doesnt cast the freezing shards.

Hope some one can help!

Edit its buff to change its visual model maybe? It's either buff or effect.
