How can I remove this Freaking mensage from all TARGETED spells ?

Well you can make the spell that can work on all creatures or you can change it in game-interferance-worldeditor-

In some spells, you have a line in the object editor to configure the max level of targetable unit. In spells as Finger of Death and such.

Change your base spell should fix the problem.
