Are there any Tiles of Silvermoon that are High Elven not Blood Elven?

You talking about a simple re-coloration of the tile texture, or more advanced? If it's a simple re-coloration job, can you please direct me where I can find this texture, and recolor it? (I hope also, there is some program, that can convert .blp files to something more usable - like .jpg, .png, .dds, etc.)

Its a Cityscape Tiles that needs recoloring and can you include cliff to recolor

All of them are need to recolor from red to teal/blue? Or just certain textures?

Edit: The creator of this texture pack is active now days, ask it if he/she is willing to make a recolor for you.
