Textures limit

i wanna create my custom tileset, but there is limit of textures. Is there a way to add more textures then allowed? Is there better programs for making war 3 maps like world editor?

World Edit Newgen (http://www.wc3c.net/showthread.php?t=90999).
Under "Extensions" you can edit the tileset and add up to 16 tiles in a map. After adding the tiles, the editor will automatically save your map. Close the editor without manually saving (doing so will reset your tiles) and reopen your map. The tiles will be there now.

It's technically impossible to add more than 16 tiles.
