And like Ragingspeedhorn said, you cannot tint terrain tilesets to another color. However if you use a program such as Adobe Photoshop I believe you can tint the color with that to whatever you'd like.

To be more specific: Find the terrian you want to reskin to "pink" (uh?) and then convert to tga (using wc3 Viewer ), then use photoshop as said, and simply paint it. Then save and use wc3 Viewer to convert back to blp. Then import to map, give it the normal terrians path, and you got it. To find the path and the terrian texture you can use Magos model editor, which have an easy way to acces MPQ arcieve
