A while back i had a tool that allowed me to create massive hills. I remember it was a file i downloaded and then put somewhere into my wc folder. I lost this file when i had to system restore on my PC and really need it now.
The tool let me raise hills to as high as i wanted and to lower ditches to as low as i wanted, REALLY NEEDED. Help is very appriciated.
