Techtree requirements, making the requirment a certain upgrade level

I have this upgrade based off of the Human - Iron Forged Swords upgrade, called Melee Weapon Technologies. Rather than having three levels, this upgrade has thirty. I want a unit - Footman - to require level six of Melee Weapon Technologies in order to be produced at the Barracks. Currently I can only make the Footman require Level 1 of the upgrade.

If anyone could tell me how to do this, that'd be great. Thank you.
