Technetium's TGA to BLP2 convertor.
Uses blp2decode.dll version 2.0.1.1 or higher.
Programmed January 2005
Instructions:
Drag one or more TGA files over the exe to convert them to BLP2 format. The newly created BLP2 files will have the exact same name as the TGA file, but the extension will be changed to ".blp." Mipmaps are automatically generated. TGA files MUST be UNCOMPRESSED 32 BIT images and the dimensions of the images MUST be a power of 2.
