[SD/Modeling] Target issue for monsoon attacks

hi

I want to use this monsoon effect for normal attacks, so please refer to the attached chimaera attack and make it so that monsoon can be displayed in Instant format while maintaining Missile (splash). I tried making it with a trigger, but there was an error when I tried to apply the effect output to the item as the attack target, so please modify the model.
