Taking the warcraft 3 ROC AND TFT campaigns out of the MPQ

I would like to see some cinematic triggers and I need help extracting the campaigns out of the mpq. Can someone please tell me what programs i need to download and how to get the campaigns out.

Use WinMPQ(Its free) , browse to War3xLocal and you will find the campaign maps, Good luck,
