No, it hasn't been post.
Ghost has made it like 4 months ago, but only 15% of people on BNet had it. So, to help you waiting for V3, I have post this. It got a few v2.7 bugs fixed AND no more lag that cause game crash/server split.
And he told me he has been focusing on school lately, thats y V3 did not come in September
