Sun Blessing

I want to make a passive abilitie (sun blessing) to increase hitpoints regeneration and I want it work only during day; it's based on "Item Life Regeneration" how to do this ???

Add ability in daytime remove the ability at night time.

But I won't recommend the presence of Moonstone Item, I made a map with ability effect switch (doom level on nighttime and chicken level on daytime) but when Moonstone is triggered, the game might not read it properly. Though that's when I used equal to.
