Summon unit - name? {changing a summoned unit's expiration timer name}

Hey Im making a spell based on Summon Water elemental, and then I change the name, model, icon.. etc. of the summoned unit to another unit, but whenever I cast the spell and the summoned unit pops up it says for example "Treant" and then in the expiring bar (where it says for how long the unit will stay) "water elemental".
So how do I change the "water elemental" text into a custom one?

Create a buff based on Water Elemental, and change the tooltip to "Treant".
Then open your ability and replace the "Water Elemental" buff with your custom one.
