Suggestions Regarding Ratings

1) Can you give the user the option to change his/her rating of a submission? People are always updating their submissions. Something you gave a 1 to yesterday could deserve a 5 today.

2) Could you list the users who have rated a submision? I've seen several cases where submissions with a perfect 5 are ruined by some troll who gave it a 1 with no explanation.

P.S. If one or both of these ideas have already been implemented, then I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Sounds nice but it also sounds like a crap load of work. If you made a mistake on a rating just post a reply.

I beleive users can rate a updated resource.

But what about the second one? Couldn't this be easily done by requiring anybody who wants to rate a submission also write a comment?

More people comment then rate anyway, so unfortunatly that woudnt solve anything...

Couldn't it be done so that you have to comment to rate, but not vise-versa? This would keep away the downvoters.
