Strange skin glitch?

I tried creating a skin for the Troll Witch Doctor to make him into a human rogue. For some reason, when I attached the skin, his body disappeared (in the game) and only the cape/tunic thing he wears was still there. Its kinda cool actually but I was just wondering might have caused this...

Alpha Channel destroyed in your pic... recreate it or send me your shit so i will repair it, or just redo the thing ^^
