LF Help to improve: 4 Hero Skins

I need 4 skins for my rpg because i dont like the orginal from tenebrae, and so i try to make 4 skins with ma crappy skills
The first should be a athletic Human
The second a Dwarf
The third is now a dark Elfrogue but the skin should make him to a nightelf with purple hair.
The last a Highelf

I started with the Dwarf:

Human(not finished yet)

Highelf(not finished yet)

Pls tell me what to improve or give me ideas.

More Highlights and it looks a bit blurry

Beard should not be blurry, looks horrible ingame.
You need more definition in the face. At the moment it will all look like same colour in game. Try adding deeper shading

blurry because i dont know how to do it sharp^^
But i will try to make the hair better

I started with the human, is not finished but i uploaded already a picture in the first post

I think during making these skins i improved my skills! The face of the highelf looks so more better!
