Strange shadows in the portrait

I have a problem. Models after importing into the map have strange shadows on their faces. If anyone knows why this might happen, please let me know.
This problem happens with many models.

The problem is importing the model. If you import a model into the map, then its quality will automatically deteriorate.

Try opening the model with Mdlvis and saving it. If that doesn't fix it, you can also use "Reverse normals" and "Rotate normals" to manually rotate the problematic normals, i.e. usually those that are not perpendicular to the surface of the model.
