General Frank:

You place the model without above the ground and should simply move it via animations a bit deeper in birth and death animation. Also you might want to add particles in birth and death animation.

maybe add some more teamcolour like a coloured flag or something and little more stuff which resembles the "masonry" like rocks or works in progress like a statue or something.

@Accname: I don't think adding a flag would look that good. It would fit on a castle or a tower or something, but not really on a stone mason building...
About the additional stuff, that's a nice idea, but it would ruin the low file size I think.

You rate the model with a 1/5 without mentioning any "lacking" critic or anything, that's really lousy. Also you say you would give it a 3/5 but don't do so. And just to give it a 1/5 because you want to "lower" the rate on a value you think would fit it better IN YOUR OPINION isn't an real argument. The rating value should represent the average opinion of all voters not just your opinion. So if you really want to give it a 1/5 pls add some reasonable arguments or critics.
