Frankster: Very cool mock-up of the named inspiration. Excellent use of textures and effects. Works in-game. Approved. I might increase the rating if you add a real death and decay animation, because the current ones seems to be the alternative...

Looks great, Good for semi-futuristic to far-futuristic maps in cities and stuff
5/5

OR
It could be good for a map where a bunch of marines go into the past to try to stop a war before it begins (Terminator anyone?) and they help some of the villagers from a nearby town and so when they 'mysteriously' dissappear, the villagers create statues in their honor.

OR
Just...a city....Decoration...
thats good too....

Slightly more on-topic: If you made an animation where the light turns off...shouldn't there be one for it turning on?

First thing I thought was the Anchorage War Memorial from Fallout 3 when I shall it... lol

Its well done, the upwards light is nice touch alot of people might overlook.

5/5, and some rep for a job well done.

Jake

Oh how kind of you to insult me with such an ignorant response. :ogre_icwydt:

You should learn what ignorant means before you use it. Ignorant means not knowing. You asked a question, therefore meaning you were ignorant of the answer. The_Silent then answered your question, only for you to respond by calling the comment an ignorant insult, when in fact your own comment was an ignorant insult.
