Make the last segment's alhpa egal zero.
You could also try making the particle effect spin, so it looks more random

@JesusHipster: to me it looks more shocky if the alpha egal is not zero. Lightning comes fast and disappear fast. unlike other elements that flows smoothly. Thanks for the spinning idea, I'll update it when I have a few more ideas

good stuff but its a bit to large... i must change it in the model editor before using in my map. even so I thank you.
