startfall problem

man i try to make starfall shot frost but i can't make .why?what is the problem?i am using world editor 1.20 and i changed at buffs/effects but it still doesn't work.why?

yea its the same as with blizzard, i dont remember why it didnt work, but i found out it Does work if u change the standard starfall buffs (but u wont have the normal PotM starfall anymore)

It have nothing to do with buff. In ability starfal find Graphic section and then "effect on target" or something like that and then replace effect as you wish, but only some models will work (with "effect" note - probably)
