Just let him bask in his own trollish ignorance. I don't think someone capable of throwing a sentence together is that dumb, so I'd wager that he is indeed attempting to troll. Unfortunately for him, he's not being a very good troll; he just comes off as retarded and annoying rather than a true asshole.

A common misconception is that you can actually beat a troll in an argument. However, this is untrue. Trolls are fact and reply proof. This immunity comes from the fact that, contrary to popular belief, Trolls do not exist to take part in fruitful debates. Contrary, there there just to annoy people and bring about chaos and disorder. They do not care for facts or valid points.

The best way to defend against a troll is not to try to prove him wrong, rather just avoid him. Do not pay any attention to him or his points. This will deny the troll the nutrients he gains from negative feelings, causing him to slowly starve.

Or then you can just say you're a girl and his nervous system will instantly shut down.

They need you to be online to stop people from stealing maps.

Duh.

A huge part of star2 is the editor. Blizzard wants to see what we can make. They want this map making/buying system in place to get more people to do high quality stuff. If maps were just floating around, it would mess this idea up.

This anti piracy thing is Bull-Shiiiiite, Iccup already has a fake b.net up, and the client is free to d/l from a multitude of sources.

So yes, they are being jerks about this, don't think that blizzard is the company we all love, WoW has changed them into an ugly, greedy, and overall stupid monster.

i havent read anything from blizzard but from logical point of view, you will not need to stay online ALL the time to play SP. I am guessing you only need to login at the start of the game, which will require internet connection. that is for blizzard to varify that your copy of SC2 is legit and that you are the legit owner. and then after you play a map, it will reconnect in order to send in statisitics and save your achievements(i am guessing there will be. achievements seems to be the craze now days) and so on. if you cant connect to internet, you can simply play offline but without saving achievements. that is my guess. cos thats what its like on DoW2

AND andreas is a troll
