I used
Asset Studio to export the meshes & animations to FBX format
I imported the FBX file in Blender 4.1 then exported the meshes & the walk animation using the blender plugin
mdl-exporter
I made the other animations in blender.
I slightly modified the mesh (removed the second eye, scaled up the missile part)
I edited the texture :
- Added Team Color
- Altered the color, it was a vehicle for the rebel alliance in the game so it had orange color theme, I made it grey/metallic
- Adjusted luminosity & contrast a bit
- Converted to BLP
Added attachment points
Added death particles
Added Footprint, collision shape, camera
