Stand - 3 unit animation does not play. help!

i have a world editor question. i have an action set like this "Animation - Play Paladin 0069 <gen>'s stand - 3 animation", but the animation won't play. i want the 3rd stand animation to play. what am i doing wrong?

Did you type the stand animation the same way as it is written in the Object editor? I don't know by heart now, but if its:

Stand - 3 or maybe Stand-3

Be carefull with spaces.

Use time - time elapsed = 0.1 second

Just make it Time periodic event every x seconds

in world editor, how do you make it so heroes dont get any experience from killing units?

Hero - set experience gain for heroes for player x = 0%
