Trigger it.

And no, it cannot stack.

You can however stack it but by not using the same base aura.

Perhaps other aura such as Fountain of Mana ?

But it is still limited, in which you should resort to triggers, it supports unlimited amount of instance.

Here's you gonna do..

If it is not MUI you can do this..

You can add a Spellbook with Brilliance aura inside..

You can set Aoe of the hero with Brilliance

Then you can detect when the hero is inside the aoe..

Add an integer then set the level of brilliance aura inside the spellbook to the amount of brilliance aura stack (integer)

You must always update this since you can't detect the amount of stack using Unit has an specific buff instead of unit inside the unit group..

So if the hero get's away carrying a brilliance to your hero then reduce the integer and reduce the level of the ability

So this is kinda complicated and defskull will explain it more

You can make any abilities stack with each other by changing the buff of the other ability. Example, Brilliance Aura 1 has the buff Devotion Aura which increases mana regen by 5, and the other one, Brilliance Aura 2 has the buff Vampiric Aura which increases mana regen by 5. If you make the 2 heroes close to each other with different buff and with the same ability, it will stack.

Here's the proof:
