Spinning Hammer Shield for project im working on.

Hey guys,

Im not very familiar with triggers and spell creation, so was wondering if anyone could make or new of a simple spell that would involve a hammer spinning around the caster similar to that of lightning shield. The hammer from storm bolt would work just fine, but just need it to rotate around the caster and deal damage to those in the area. I would be making it have 5 levels that deal more damage as the heros levels the ability. Lightning shield has a range of 160 so ideally i would want it to be a range of 400. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you.
