Bubble shield

I need a simple spell which puts a shield around a unit, preventing damage to that unit until the shield expires or is killed. The shield would have a certain amount of hp and the unit within could not be damaged until the shield is destroyed.
If this has been done before please point me to it. I couldn't find it, but it seems like it would be pretty common.

I know how to make a spell-apsorbing shield...

If you want to ignore ANY type of damage with no limit for damage absorbed, and with duration, make it from Berserk ability and make the ,,damage taken increase" go to negative value.

also a few other specifics, like say the shield has 5 hp left, and is hit with a spell for 500 dmg, would that 495 dmg still go to the hero?

(not doing it, but more info for whoever decides to if its not out there)

Shield has life (hp), just like your hero, and it will vanish when it's health reaches zero. So, the rest of damage CAN be modified to go to hero or to be ignored.
