Unit - Cause (Triggering unit) to damage (Target unit of ability being cast), dealing ((Real((Level of (Ability being cast) for (Triggering unit)))) x (50.00 + (5.00 x (Real((Intelligence of (Triggering unit) (Include bonuses))))))) damage of attack type Spells and damage type Normal
Use the "unit damage target" action and set the damage to be depending on an attribute. For example: level * (50 + 5 * intelligence)
