If you want someone to do a complete overhaul of all your abilities it will be quite a task, and very few people would be nice enough to spend such an amount of time.
Probably would make more sense to go to the WEHZ or TS and show a trigger or two and have someone help you to learn how to make things MUI, additionally you could use a tutorial. This is all to make your map "finished" on a faster schedule, as you will not be waiting around for someone else who may prioritize your stuff second.
