Spell that requires minimum distance

Does wc3 has spell that requires minimun cast distance, i mean, when u want cast, target must be in range above 300 for example, if its closed, you cant cast it. ?

don't think so, but you could use a trigger that checks if target unit of ability being cast is within 300 of casting unit, if not order caster to stop, problem is that the ability will be set on cooldown and mana is lost, but you could reset the cooldown by removing and adding the ability again, and also add the mana by trigger
