Spell requests

Greetings! I am working on my map Heroes of the Arathiland ( more details at signature ) and I need some new spells for it.
Infact , I need 1 model and I have a question.

Q1: How do I make something damage an areea? Or I should put a dummy?

Model requested: I need a blue Flame Strike ( blood mage ) if someone can do...please.

MR1: Flame Strike
Q1: Make a unitgroup and damage all units in it.
Example:

• Event
• Conditions
• Actions
  • Unitgroup - Pick every unit in (Units in (Playable map area)) and do (Actions)
    • unit - cause (Bloodmage) to damage (picked unit), dealing 300 damage of attack type chaos and damage type normal.

simply you event, and conditions if you have any, then action is Unit-Demage Area, and then just set your stuff there...
