Spell Request

I need a chain lightning spell that hits all of its targets instantly (no bouncing, just a single link that connects all hit targets) and can hit the same target up to a maximum of 3 times. It would have 5 levels, dealing 20 more damage a level. Each level would have a maximum of 10 links. In GUI.
