this is easyer then it sounds make a spell based of heal would work the best im thinking that heals for 0

trigger part

unit finishs casting a spell
casting spell =heal
set healtarget=target of spell being cast
set healer=casting unit
set life of healtarget to life of healtarget+3xint of healer(the 3 can be wut ever you want)

thats the basic idea
