um can anyone tell me how to make a backpack item or w\e

like in WOW reborn they had the items where u click on them and u could choose 1 of like 4 spells to cast

Use the item ability "Spellbook". You can only put unit abilities, not hero abilities, into a spellbook. You can change Spellbook into a unit ability, but you cannot have more than one spellbook ability per unit unless you change the Base Order ID.
