spell help

im trying to make this skill called holy mace, which is based on searing arrow. is there possibly to get searing arrow to do aoe dmg? if not, what other spell could work with functions: autocast, manacost, bonus dmg to normal attack and aoe dmg?

other spell i would like to get is combinied auras. how can i combine for exsample vampiric aura and endurance aura to one spell(skill?). i heard its somehow possibly with spellbooks, but how do i do? idiot sure quide please

if possible, no trigger based spells please.
