Spell help with ROC Editor

Well i figured out how to make them with the triggers but i can't quite figure out how to edit the text of the spells to say what they are now? Any help guys? I'm really not a noob with programming so if someone could point me in the right direction i'll be fine. And i don't have frozen throne just regular.
 
nevermind i figured it out i just downloaded the W3M Map Utilities editor.
