[Solved] Spell damage reduction( ability)

There is something i still confuse about spell damage reduction ability, if i put 0.3 in "Data-Damage Reduction" and add this ability to a hero. How many magic resistances the hero will get( 0.55 or 0.3)?

0.3 would be 30% Spell Damage reduction.

For example, Runed Bracers uses the ability Spell Damage Reduction with a Damage Reduction of 0.33. This gives 33% Spell Damage Reduction.
